How to Heat:

Small Eye Mask

  • Heat for 30 seconds in the microwave, take it out and give it a swish. Heat for additional 30 seconds at a time to reach desired temperature.

Medium and Large

  • Heat for 2 minutes in the microwave, take it out and give it a swish. Heat 1 additional minute at a time to reach desired temperature. CAUTION: MAY BE HOT!!!!!
