Appointment Policies
Appointments can also be made by calling 774-283-4620
Please plan on arriving at least 10 minutes early for your appointment.
Payment: We accept cash and all major credit cards for our services.
Cancellation Policy: We kindly request that you give us 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment to respect your therapist's time. Cancellations made without 24 hours notice may incur a 50% cancellation charge.
Gratuities: If you are satisfied with the services you receive, it is customary to express your gratitude to your therapist with a 15%-20% gratuity.
Cell Phones: To ensure a peaceful and relaxing environment for all our clients, we kindly request that you turn off your cell phone during your treatment.
Gift Certificates: Please present your gift certificate at the time of service. Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
